"When a computer goes down in my office, it means we are virtually closed for business until the computers are operational again. Big Fish understands that. One incident in particular, my back office computer crashed and had to be replaced. My fear was the several days it was going to take to get me up and running again with everything loaded and set up the way I needed it to be. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the work you have done for us in regards to getting our computer system back up and running. I appreciated your patience with all my questions and in answering them in terms I could actually understand! Previous to your work on my computer the constant freezing, the slow running , and the uncertainty of if my data was being backed up properly was a constant worry and frankly frustrating. As a business owner the ability to access my computer files in a timely fashion is critical. I love my new remote access because as you know my days consist of mostly not being in my office!
