Managing technology is an increasingly difficult task.  Big Fish Technology is your technology partner - not just another vendor.  Our goal is to provide comprehensive solutions to all of your technology needs - IT support, web support, and telephone solutions. When needed, we use a matrixed approach to bring together resources from multiple technology vendors to provide coordinated solutions. We manage those resources for you - we keep the "big picture" in focus so YOUR needs are met.

Our History

We have almost twenty years of IT experience in many different industries and over six years of telephone experience. We got our start as an independent consulting firm (3 Vital Solutions) in 2002 helping start-up companies with their technology needs. In 2008, we changed our name to Big Fish Technology.

Some of our clients are the slow-growth type, where they start small and implement the technology slowly as the business grows. Others are the “instant soup” kind, where on day one they start with a full office of thirty employees, dozens of clients, and projected revenue larger than the GDP of some third-world countries! While we are adept at implementing new networks, we excel in supporting and bringing added value to existing infrastructures.
